　　瑞克是一位中学教师，他婚姻失利、工作也不顺遂，被调离了本来工作的单元，派往一所叫布兰登的黉舍任校长。                                       
                                    这所中学因暴力犯罪而污名昭著。在这所黉舍里，吸毒贩毒、抢劫、强奸等几近一切的暴力行为都已经是屡见不鲜，逃课、拒考等更是没有人来管，到这里任校长的人都没有好成果。但瑞克一心想要将黉舍治理好，因而他制定了“制止”章程。但在第一次的全部门生大会上，门生团体头子邓肯就给了瑞克一个下马威。瑞克和以邓肯为代表的暴力团伙之间的较劲起头了。                                       
                                    黉舍中逐步接管瑞禁止定的治理制度的门生和教员遭到了邓肯团伙的攻击，瑞克对此很是恼火和自责，但邓肯的这类行为并没有摆荡瑞克改变校风的决心，瑞克对峙要和邓肯较劲到底，把这个害群之马清闲法外。                                       
                                    邓肯和瑞克停止了面临面的对决。邓肯的手下由于不愿对瑞克动手，违反了邓肯的志愿被其杀死。在校警的辅佐下，瑞克将邓肯礼服并交给赶来的差人。邓肯终极...
