◎简　　介
　　伊拉克战争期间，来自美国德州的19岁技术兵比利·林恩（乔·阿尔文 Joe Alwyn 饰）由于一段偶然拍摄的视频而家喻户晓。那是一次范围不大却剧烈很是的遭受战，战役中林恩地点的B班班长（范·迪塞尔 Vin Diesel 饰）遭到当地武装份子的伏击和劫持，而林恩为了救援班长不惜铤而走险冲锋陷阵。视频公布于世让他成为全美公众所崇敬的豪杰，但是却鲜有人了解他和战友们所履历的一切。为了埋葬班长，B班获得了长久的休假，是以他们得以受邀加入一场在德州举行的橄榄球角逐。林恩的姐姐因某事务深感惭愧，她希望弟弟能借此机遇回归普通生活。而四周的掮客人、球迷、大老板、普通公众则对战争、卫国、兵士有着各类百般想固然的了解。球场上的庆典盛大开幕，林恩和战友们的心却越发繁重与焦躁……
