　　方丽娟（杨千嬅饰）一向想成为一位差人，几经失利才考近了警校。虽然她在警校中刻苦进修，可是她天生并不是当差人的料，成就不理想之外还经常笑料百出。结业后，被调配到失物认领处工作，令她心里很不是滋味。
