　　大学时代，安德鲁（乔舒华·莱纳德 Joshua Leonard 饰）和本（马克·杜普拉斯 Mark Duplass 饰）是黉舍里的叛逆份子，在那些疯狂的日子里，正是本和安德鲁之间的友谊让一牢记忆变得闪闪发光。结业后，本成家立业，过起了安宁而安静的生活，可安德鲁却挑选了与之相反的人生门路，成为了一位陌头艺术家，两人渐渐冷淡了交往。
　　时隔多年，安德鲁的忽然出现让本欣喜若狂，在重叙往事之间，两人的心里里都布满了感慨。对于本的现状，安德鲁很是瞧不起，他带着本加入了一个疯狂的集会。在集会里，拍一部色情艺术电影成为了众人群情的主题，他们决议带着这部电影加入艺术节。很快，影片的两个主演就肯定下来了，他们居然是安德鲁和本！而在一番不胜回首的折腾以后，两人均发现，他们之间的友谊起头变质了。
