　　传闻，只要通读此书，便可以呼唤魔鬼的到来。卡索起头了盘曲而又魔幻的寻觅过程。他探访了书的原仆人之妻、古籍修缮专家、遇上绿眼珠的奥秘女人，时代他朋友的暴毙居然跟书里的插图千篇一概，命案还在连连上演。本来，书中所带的咒语，生怕会使得具有者无一幸免。而假如三本书合在了一路，就会迎来邪恶的撒旦。而到底终极魔鬼的脸有没有出现？
