　　“另一边的背后”是1972年由简·雅顿（女）编剧和执导的一部英国自力建造故事片。它是20世纪70年月唯一的一部完全由一个女人执导拍摄的英国自力建造电影。简·雅顿自己也在影片中客串了一把。电影片名是取自简·雅顿1969年伦敦艺术尝试室剧院获得庞大反应和成功的舞台剧“Vagina Rex and the Gas Oven”（阴道脉动（大概翻译成阴道痉挛）和燃气炉）。
　　这部尝试电影范例的影片现在在激进（朋克）影迷的心中几近有着神话般的职位，部分缘由是由于它的远见和其对得了精神割裂症的配角的精神状态使人不安的描画，而且还由于其一向被禁：除了1983年在国家电影院向雅顿致敬时放映过（雅顿于前一年年末自杀），它没有在任何地方公映过。荣幸的是，英国电影学院修复并于2009年7月13日重新刊行了这部电影的DVD 和Blu－ray碟片。
