◎简　　介
　　天上降龙罗汉（周星驰）与众仙赌博，称在凡间会令三名凡人于一按时限内为他人作出牺牲，否则他愿再受循环之苦。伏虎罗汉化身僧人济公来到人世，边游戏人世边普渡为生的间隙，他选中被老天所罚的九世乞丐（黄秋生）、遭汉子欺女人辱的妓女（张曼玉）、救死扶伤的大盗（黄志强）为尝试品。                                    
                                凭 借鬼马机智奇妙放置一番后，济公与三人建立了杰出的关系，而终极，九世乞丐与大盗被济公感导作出为他人牺牲之举，妓女更是一往情深爱上他，令他起头为能否自动放弃仙人身份留在凡间而懊恼。
