　　故事发生在2007年的初夏，落魄的逃难画家金成南（金英浩 饰）来到了巴黎，但是，这个艺术家们眼中的创作天堂对于一贫如洗的金成南来说，不外只是另一个牢笼而已，对于故乡和妻子的忖量日日熬煎着他。
　　
　　一次偶然中，金成南结识了名叫柔贞（朴恩德 饰）的美丽女子，此时他的际遇和心态已和初到巴黎时大为分歧，柔贞的出现无异于又一计强心针，很快，身处异国异乡的孤男寡女之间燃起了汹汹的恋爱火焰。正当金成南和柔贞打得炽热之时，远在祖国的妻子怀孕的消息让他堕入了冲突和自责当中，与此同时，他和柔贞的关系也是以发生了质的改变。一边是家庭，一边是恋爱，金成南会做出怎样的挑选呢？
