　　她感受丈夫并没有就此分开，她还能在家中感遭到盖里的气味。她把自己困在家中，两位好友丹尼丝（莉莎?库卓 饰）、莎拉及霍莉的母亲还有母亲酒吧里的侍者丹尼尔都非常管忧她。就在她三十岁生日的那天起头，她便不竭收到由盖里给她寄来的信，每封信的最初都加上一句“我爱你”的附注。盖里的信为霍莉的生活注入了气力，她一步步的向前走，但究竟上盖里已经死去了，她毕竟要自己单独生活。
　　丹尼丝怀孕了，莎拉行将要成婚，她们两个都生活在幸运傍边，霍莉突感落漠。她又起头躲避众人，自熟悉霍莉后丹尼尔一向都陪在霍莉身旁，丹尼尔向霍莉表达自己的爱意。霍莉第一次跑到母亲怀里痛哭，她也晓得了盖里的信本来一向由母亲代寄。最初一封信就要拆开，霍莉会否获得更生呢？
