简　　介  

　　高级督察何尚生（刘青云）被劫持人质的劫匪伊健（郑伊健）点名到案发现场停止谈判，目睹伊健在现场的猖狂，何尚生斗意高昂欲将其拿下，但被其逃走。挫败激起何尚生的战意和洽奇心，起头同伊健玩起“取赎金的游戏”来。
何尚生收到伊健寄来的数件艺术品的残骸，在国际刑警Ruby（黄卓玲）的帮助下发现被破坏艺术品均在同一间国际级保险公司承保，料想伊健意图勒索该保险公司，遂前往展开观察，而此时伊健恰好致电该公司高层Teresa（林熙蕾）勒索一万万，尚生马上接手案件，却发现工作远非设想的那末简单。
