简　　介  

　　顶着“最差教练”头衔的兰博?菲尔斯（大卫?科恩查内 David Koechner 饰）在多个体育项目上都留下了一系列失利记录，现在靠给马授精过活的兰博在昔日门生的帮助下又获得了一份工作：执教一支大学橄榄球队。兰博很快进入状态，召来了一批特点球员：诸如因心理障碍拿不稳球的四分卫、担任发球手的印度女孩、他眼里的希望之星等人，与原本的队员——正和他女儿打的炽热的明星球员、懦弱的胖子等组成了“东山复兴”队。为了得胜，兰博与队员们订下无厘头协约，以确保他能实施非传统的练习方式，并灌输他进修无用论的理念。东山复兴队终究获得了一场成功，但兰博支出的价格居然是入狱，这支队伍和兰博本人遇上的应战，才刚刚拉开帷幕……
