　　精神医院女病人郭少芳（周秀娜 饰）无故怀孕，警方动手对这一案件展开观察。观察成果出乎料想，少芳此次流产与一年前流产日期完全不异，更让人称奇的是两个胎儿都是一年前被杀男医生李意祥（黎诺懿 饰）的骨血，而且两个胎儿DNA排列完全不异的报告说明两个胎儿是同平生命。在警方的观察进程中，一个让人匪夷所思的故事逐步暴露眉目：女护士郭少芳爱上已婚男医生李意祥，因而施计换掉男医生之妻沈绿萍的安胎药，致使沈绿萍三个月大的胎儿流产，夫妻关系今后恶化。郭少芳如愿和李意祥在一路了，可是可骇的工作却持续不断在她身旁发生……
