◎简　　介

　　普通的人家，正在为归天的男仆人三轮举行七周年忌。三轮生前的好友间宫宗一（佐分利信 饰）、田口秀三（中村伸郎 饰）平山精一郎（北龙二 饰）如期而至，回首往事自是欷歔不已。未亡人秋子（原节子 饰）单独拉扯女儿文子（司叶子 饰）长大。而现在女儿已到了适婚年龄，秋子奉求间宫等人帮文子张罗工具。经间宫先容，文子熟悉了其手下后藤庄太郎（佐田啓二 饰）。可是她担忧婚后母亲孤苦孤立，不管若何也不能下定决心单独寻觅幸运。也许该忘记曩昔向前走一步，也许改成了女儿和自己的幸运极力去争取。
　　久长忖量着亡夫的秋子，沉沦在昔日的幸运中苦守孤单……
